Monumental Folly explores the associations between love and sense of place, inspired by my experiences in a country house. These pieces are a group of works created in response to an emotional and challenging period in my life, and the places and objects associated with that time. This work marked a change in my way of working and have been a springboard to new directions in my textile work.

Photos on Fabric Saturday 6th July, 10am-4pmLearn how to print digital images on fabric and create layered, complex textiles. This workshop shows you how to create your own printed fabrics using a domestic inkjet print and create pattern using photo transfers.
