I’ve just heard that this book is out now. I did an apron pattern for it. My copy hasn’t arrived yet, but I took a look at the book on Amazon, and one of the scanned pages was my apron pattern! I’m not so sure about the photo… I didn’t expect my pretty apron to be modelled by a big bloke… But hey, there it is. And here is the apron from my own pics.

This design (from a vintage apron, with a few tweaks) seems to be very popular, so I’ll be making lots more of these, and adding a few more tweaks and stuff. Soon.

    I can’t wait to see the book- i’ve done a couple of projects for it too and am waiting to see my copy arrive. Your apron looks lovely by the way!

    Congratulations! I like the contrast of the delicate shape of the apron with the burliness of the guy wearing it! Very humourous…I bet it will catch a lot of reader’s eyes.
