I go back to my early years working in museums and my life-long passion for textile history and explore how both of those have influenced my art practice. This book includes essays on how I got to where I am now, how museums and heritage are threaded through my work and how the themes of care, connection and history continue to guide everything I make. I share work from my Narrative Threads, Emotional Repair and Textile Traces exhibitions (2015-2019) and some more recent work as well as earlier work.
Tangled is 150 pages in glorious A4 paperback with photos of almost every piece I have made in the last decade. Printed in the UK.
