Creative research days about textile making and our hands
Saturday 26th September and Saturday 24th October 11am-3pm. More dates in the spring
Sessions are free and take place at John Storer House, Wards End, Loughborough.

Do you love textiles and sewing?
Join us for textile experience sessions in Loughborough this autumn and next spring
We invite you to join us for a series of free creative research events exploring your experiences of sewing and textiles, your hands and sense of touch
The sessions will include creative activities, studying antique textiles, discussions and sharing your experiences.
We want to meet textile enthusiasts to talk about how sewing and textiles make us feel.
All welcome even if you are no longer able to sew or think you aren’t very good.
We particularly welcome people with chronic health conditions, disabilities or caring responsibilities which find it challenging to attend workshops and courses. Please let us know how we can support you in the sessions.
To register, please fill in the form below. If you need more information, please email handheartproject@gmail.com or call / text 07727627080
