Summer holiday craft workshops for kids

Ruth Singer Studio is now running workshops and clubs for children aged 6+ including teenagers. Summer holiday activities start at the end of July on Wednesday afternoons. We’ve also got after school clubs starting in October.

Summer holiday workshops on on Wednesday afternoons, details below. £10 per child per session. Children must be accompanied by an adult, but you can have a seat in the courtyard and have a cup of tea and one adult can bring several children. All workshops can be booked here. Felt toys. Weds 30th July. 2.00-3.30pm. 6-9 years
Design and make your own stuffed toy using colourful recycled wool felt and practice hand sewing.

T-shirt embellishing. Weds 6th August, 2.00-3.30pm. 10-15 years
Bring an old t-shirt to embellish with fabric, buttons, sequins and paint.

Felt Purse. Weds 20th August, 2.00-3.30pm. 6-9 years
Make a purse from colourful wool felt, and decorate with embroidery
